1. The Service

The Service analyses the public URL you submit using automated programs and AI models, and outputs metrics and recommendations on SEO structure, structured data, performance, web carbon emissions and AI-search recommendation potential.

• Free audit: summary scores displayed on the web page.
• Paid report: a full PDF audit report with a prioritised improvement list.
• Tools and subscriptions: e.g. llms.txt / structured-data generator, continuous monitoring, as described on each tool page.

2. Nature of the metrics

All scores, grades and carbon figures are estimates computed from public data and international models (Sustainable Web Design Model, ISO/IEC 21031 SCI, etc.). They support decision-making and are not a guarantee of search ranking, AI citation rate or revenue. AI-generated recommendations may contain errors; evaluate them before acting.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are as displayed on each page, including currency and whether tax is included. Payment is processed by our payment partners (PayPal, Paddle, LINE Pay or card, depending on region); we do not store full card numbers. For orders placed through Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and issues receipts and handles tax under its own terms.

4. Delivery

Paid reports are digital goods generated automatically after payment. A download link is normally available within minutes and is also sent to the email address (or LINE account) you provide. If generation fails, the Refund Policy applies.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription tools renew automatically each period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and paid periods are not refunded pro rata.

6. Intellectual property

You may use, copy and quote the report within your own business. The GEO algorithms, scoring models and low-carbon recommendation methods used in the report remain our property (including Taiwan utility model patent M683041). Reverse engineering, resale, or building a competing service from Service outputs is not permitted without consent.

7. Your obligations

Only publicly accessible URLs may be audited. Automated bulk calls, circumventing payment, or interfering with system operation are prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any damage arising from the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service concerned.

9. Personal data

Personal data is handled under the Site’s Privacy Policy (https://bigomorfi.tech/en/legal/privacy).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); the Taipei District Court has first-instance jurisdiction over disputes. We may amend these Terms by posting on the Site; continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance.
