Paid audit report: US$19.90 (international) / ¥2,980 (Japan) / NT$299 (Taiwan, tax incl.). Subscription tool prices are shown on each tool page. Prices for Japan are tax-inclusive totals.

Payment and delivery

PayPal checkout (PayPal account or credit/debit card). The seller is Big-O Information Intelligence Corp.; receipts are emailed by us. Charged in full at order time, subscriptions on the first day of each period. Reports are generated immediately after payment and normally delivered within minutes by download link and email.

Japan only (full report): convenience store payment (konbini) via KOMOJU — 7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart and others. Pay within 3 days of the payment number being issued. An additional konbini payment fee of ¥220 (tax incl.) is paid by the customer (total ¥3,200). The report is delivered after payment is confirmed by KOMOJU's notification, usually within minutes.

Refunds and cancellation

Digital goods are not refundable after purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period (no prorated refunds). Double charges or non-delivery due to a system failure are handled case by case. See the Refund Policy.
