• The URL you enter and the public content of that website (used for the audit; we only read public pages).
• Contact details you provide: email, name, phone (to deliver reports and checklists).
• If you add our LINE official account: your LINE user ID and display name (to deliver reports).
• Payment data is processed by Paddle, PayPal or LINE Pay; we do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, timestamps, cookies (security, abuse prevention, traffic statistics).

2. Purposes

• Running the audit, generating and delivering reports.
• Processing payments, issuing receipts, handling refunds and support.
• Sending improvement suggestions and service updates with your consent (unsubscribe any time).
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics and service improvement.
• Legal retention and cooperation with authorities where required.

3. AI processing and third parties

During the audit, the public content of your website is sent to AI services (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) for analysis; your email and payment data are not sent to them. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record), PayPal and LINE Pay; email delivery and file storage use Amazon Web Services (Asia-Pacific regions).

4. Retention

Audit records and reports are kept for 12 months; transaction records for 5 years as required by tax law. You may request deletion of contact data at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access, copies, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data by emailing service@bigomorfi.app; we reply within 15 business days.

6. Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies (security, bot protection) and anonymous analytics cookies. You can disable them in your browser; some features may be affected.

7. International transfers

We are located in Taiwan. Data may be transferred and stored between Taiwan, Japan and AWS Asia-Pacific regions with appropriate safeguards such as encryption.
