Refund Policy

1. Refunds

Because these are digital goods, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Please review the free audit and the sample report before buying.

Because of the nature of digital content, we begin supply only after you have consented at purchase to immediate supply and to waiving your right of withdrawal.

This report is licensed solely for use by the purchaser. Continued use after a refund violates the Terms of Service. Every page of the report carries the purchaser details and a download identifier.

The konbini payment fee of ¥220 (tax incl.) for convenience store payments via KOMOJU is borne by the customer and is non-refundable in all cases, including the exceptions below.

2. Subscriptions

Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. There are no prorated refunds.

3. Exceptions

Only if you were charged twice, or a system failure prevented us from delivering the product, we will handle it case by case. Email service@bigomorfi.ai from the address used at checkout, quoting the order number / audited URL; we reply within 3 business days.
